Exactly four years ago today Garry and I flew into Heathrow ready to start a new life in London. It's hard to believe that we're now entering the fifth and final year of our original work permits. As I review the archives of this blog I'm reminded yet again just how special these last four years have been. This evening I'm sitting in Los Angeles airport waiting for a flight to Auckland, while Garry is in Sydney celebrating an early Christmas with his family. It seems tad ironic that our fourth anniversary overseas is being celebrated back home with family. The world really is a small place.
